Wow, I can't believe its been almost two weeks sense my last post. It's that time of year when teacher evaluations are due, Art Festival applications for the summer are due, and I went to Pittsburgh, Pa last weekend for a 3 day International Baccalaureate (IB) Conference. 12 hours around trip in a van with 6 other teachers and right back to work the next day! My head was spinning Tuesday!
Thank goodness it's Friday, and needless to say I can't wait to spend time in my studio this weekend just painting and relaxing.;)
Hope you enjoy the watercolor it's one of my favorites that was completed a few weeks ago.

This is a delightful painting, so restful. I like all the details like the duck on the mantlepiece, the lamp, the pictures, and is that a patchwork quilt on the wall, beautiful work.
