Favorite Pictures 1000 Island Trip

We discovered the most delightful vacation spot on our recent trip to the Thousand Islands.
It is called, Thousand Island Park and is located on Wellesley Island. It was settled in 1875 and still retains the charm of the Victorian era. I just loved it, everyone was very friendly and either walks or rides their bikes to get around. There was such a wonderful feeling of community that I didn't want to leave...
Needless to say the first thing I did when we got home was to check out rentals for a cottage next summer.
Hope you enjoy...

  2. Thank you for your visit. I was so flattered by your comment of being an English Teacher. Thank you. That is quite a compliment. To answer your question. No, I am not. I have taught first grade and Pre-Kindergarten. Now, I am just subbing for grades K-5.
    Take care.
